Peggy Strawn

Food & Nutrition

Peggy is an incredibly hard worker who assists with everything related to the kitchen, cafe, and catering. Whenever you see her, it's obvious that she has multiple projects going, but she always has time to share a smile and a kind word. Her caring heart and attention to detail make her a crucial member of the team. She has clearly gained the respect of all who work with her.

This is Peggy's second Honor.

Dr. Doug Proctor

Wound Care

Dr. Proctor has been amazingly helpful and supportive to the Wound Center. He has been so caring to staff and patients alike. He is truly a "Healthcare Hero" in every way for us. Thank you very much!

Dr. Debra Crawford

Obstetrics & Gynecology

On an already busy Saturday, we had two very critical pre-term patients arrive simultaneously. By remaining calm, focused, and determined, Dr. Crawford was able to facilitate their transfers to a higher level of care quickly. Without her responsive attentiveness to complex situations, these patients could have been separated from their babies. This meant these babies could receive the necessary care in a Level IV NICU with their family in attendance. The nursing staff appreciated her kind and helpful attitude in a very overwhelming situation.

Kylie Hollaway

Rehab

Kylie organized an entire crew of people to help put a patient’s travel trailer back together. She was also a huge help in cleaning before this patient returned home from JCH. She is the definition of Healthcare Hero!

This is Kylie’s 3rd Honor!
